This Privacy Policy explains how TechieQA Software Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Le PDF – Fill & Sign mobile application ("App").
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the App.
The App is designed to process PDF documents locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud service for storing your PDF documents and the App does not require you to create an account to read, fill or sign PDFs.
PDF files, signatures, form information and completed documents created or opened through the App are intended to remain on your device unless you explicitly use an operating-system or third-party sharing feature to send a file elsewhere.
If you choose to share a PDF using another application, that transfer is controlled by the operating system and the receiving application. Their privacy policies and practices will apply to information you choose to share with them.
The App does not intentionally collect or upload the contents of your PDF documents, form entries, handwritten signatures, or completed PDF files to servers operated by us.
We do not require your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or account registration to use the core PDF reading, filling and signing features.
The App uses Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements. Because AdMob is a third-party advertising service, Google may automatically collect and process certain information from the device and from interactions with ads and the App.

Google may use this information to provide, measure, personalize or otherwise support advertising, analytics and fraud-prevention services, subject to Google's applicable policies and your available privacy choices.

Where required by applicable law, Google consent mechanisms may be used to request your choices regarding personalized advertising and related processing. Depending on your location, device settings and consent choices, advertisements may be personalized or may be served without personalization.
Users may also have advertising and privacy controls available through their Android device or Google account. These controls are provided by Google and may change over time.
The core PDF reading, filling and signing functionality is designed to work offline. However, an internet connection may be required for third-party services such as advertising, including the loading and delivery of AdMob advertisements.
If no internet connection is available, advertising may not load, while locally available PDF functionality can continue to work subject to the capabilities of the App and device.
PDF documents and completed files that you save using the App are stored locally on your device in locations controlled by the App or Android's storage system. We do not maintain a remote copy of those files on our servers.
We do not retain your PDF documents on our servers because we do not operate a server-side PDF storage service for this App.
Files saved locally remain on your device until you delete them, remove them through the App or Android file-management functions, or uninstall/clear the App's storage, depending on where the file was saved.
Information collected by third-party services such as Google AdMob is subject to the applicable third party's retention policies. We do not control Google's retention periods.
Because PDF files and signatures are stored locally, you can delete them directly from the App or from the storage location where you saved them.
You can also remove App-local data by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage through Android settings. Files intentionally saved to shared device storage may need to be deleted separately.
We do not maintain a server-side account or cloud repository of your PDF documents, so there is no server-stored PDF account data that you need to request us to delete.
For data handled by Google AdMob, deletion and advertising controls may be available through Google's privacy/account/device controls. Such requests are governed by Google's policies and procedures.
The App may request permissions or use Android system mechanisms needed to open, read, save or share documents. The exact permissions may vary depending on the Android version and the App version.
We only use access needed to provide the App's document-related functionality. The App does not request access to contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone or device location for its core PDF functionality.
The App uses third-party services, including Google AdMob, for advertising. Third-party services may independently collect information according to their own privacy policies.

We take reasonable measures to design the App so that your PDF documents can be processed locally without requiring upload to our servers.
However, no software, device or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your device, including device lock and operating-system security.
The App is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our own servers.
Third-party advertising services may have their own policies and requirements concerning children and age-restricted advertising. Where applicable, advertising and consent settings will be handled in accordance with the relevant requirements.
