Zessi ("we", "our", "the app") is a hyperlocal delivery service published by TechieQA. This policy explains what data the Zessi Android app collects, why, and how it is handled. By using Zessi you agree to this policy.
Zessi is built on Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure and encrypted in transit using TLS. Google acts as our data processor; see the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Limited order data is shared between the two sides of an order so the service can work: your partner sees your first name, your list and your drop address; you see your partner's name and rating.
Account and order data are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@techieqa.in from the phone number or email registered with your account. We will delete your authentication record and profile, and anonymise your order history, within 30 days.
Zessi is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Access to data is restricted by Firebase Security Rules so that customers can only read their own orders, and partners can only read orders offered to or assigned to them. Data is encrypted in transit.
We may update this policy as the service evolves (for example, if we add GPS-based matching or in-app payments). Material changes will be announced in the app, and the "last updated" date above will change.
